If you would like to request deletion of your data associated with the SOLS edu ACE app, please follow the steps below.
How to request data deletion
Send an email to:
solssystems@sols247.org
With the subject:
Data Deletion Request – SOLS edu ACE
Please include:
- Your registered email address used in the app
- Your username (if applicable)
- App name: SOLS edu ACE
What data will be deleted
Once we receive your request, we will delete:
- Your account information
- Your profile data
- Any content or usage data associated with your account
Data retention
We may retain:
- Transaction or billing records (if required by law)
- Minimal logs for security or legal purposes
Processing time
Your data will be deleted within 7 to 30 days after verification of your request.
