Terms of Service

Welcome to SOLS edu ACE!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and guidelines for using our app, services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

If you are under 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. Parents or guardians are responsible for your use of the Service.

2. Your Account

2.1 You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email address.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your password with others.

2.3 You agree not to create multiple accounts to abuse the system, bypass limitations, or disrupt other users.

2.4 You may close your account at any time by contacting support at solssystems@sols247.org.


3. Using the Service Properly

3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful, safe, and respectful purposes.

3.2 You must not:

  • Create content that is illegal, offensive, or violates someone’s rights;

  • Attempt to disrupt the Service or access restricted areas;

  • Share personal information of others without consent.


4. Content and Feedback

4.1 You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

4.2 If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them without compensation and for any purpose.


5. Privacy and Your Personal Data

We respect your privacy. Please also read our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

5.1 Personal Data Collection
We collect information you give us (e.g., name, email, learning preferences) and information we generate when you use the Service. For more details see the Privacy Policy. 

5.2 Legal Basis
For users in Malaysia and Indonesia, we process personal data based on legal requirements, contract necessity, and your consent.

5.3 Children’s Personal Data
If you are under 18, we will ask for parental or guardian consent before collecting your personal data for anything other than basic account setup and account operations.

5.4 Your Rights
 Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

  • To access your personal data;

  • To correct errors;

  • To delete your data (subject to legal retention);

  • In Indonesia: to receive your data in a portable format.

5.5 Safety and Security
 We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, in line with Malaysian PDPA and Indonesian PDP Law.

5.6 Marketing and Testimonials
 We may share anonymised success data. We will only publish identifiable testimonials or images with consent — from adults aged 18+ or with guardian permission for users under 18.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Service and its content (text, designs, graphics, logos, code) are owned by us or our licensors.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute the Service content; or use our trademarks without permission.


7. Termination

7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for any reason with notice where required.

7.2 After termination, we may retain some personal data as required by law or for safety reasons, mostly (if not all) anonymised.


8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 We are not liable for loss of data, nor any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in Malaysia for users resident in Malaysia; and Personal Data Protection Law in Indonesia for users resident in Indonesia.

9.2 You agree that any dispute will be resolved:

  • first by informal negotiation;

  • then under the relevant local statutes and procedures if needed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
