This Privacy Policy applies to SOLS Education ("we", "us", "our") and covers: • The SOLS Edu ACE mobile application (iOS and Android) • Related web applications and services (including any SOLS Edu ACE web portal or admin tools you may use) • Any other SOLS Education digital products that link to this policy By using our mobile app or web services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Our app may request access to your device's microphone. We use microphone permission only for the following purposes: • Speaking exercises and assessments: to record your voice when you complete speaking tasks, placement tests, or oral practice. • Voice-based features: to enable any feature that requires capturing your voice for evaluation, feedback, or submission. Audio recorded via the microphone is used solely to deliver and evaluate our educational services. Recordings may be processed (including by automated systems) for scoring or feedback and may be stored on our secure servers for the duration required to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your microphone for any purpose other than these educational features. You can revoke microphone permission in your device settings at any time; doing so may limit or disable speaking-related features.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and (where required) identification details. This is necessary to provide our educational services and, where applicable, to comply with government or program requirements. We also collect usage and learning data to improve our services and personalize your experience. This may include your progress through courses, quiz and placement test results, and how you interact with the app or website. When you use speaking or voice features, we may collect and store the associated audio as described in the Microphone Permission section above.

Data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (such as Firebase and related services). We require our service providers to protect your data in line with this policy.
